In June of 2019, The Band Hennessy was voted as Houston's "Next Big Thing" Contest Winner on 94.5 The Buzz ‘s Rod Ryan Show beating out over 70+ area bands by fan vote—and with this honor came a recording contract with the Up/Down Studios Record Label, as well as an opening slot for Blue October when they hit the stage at Houston's 1st Annual Music and Arts Festival. COVID-19 shook the entertainment industry & our world as we knew it... and with 2020 now behind everyone, we are ready to deliver a song we are deeply passionate about.
